The Meditation
AWAKENED MEDITATION
The practice of Meditation is so important in our Group Evolution into the Oneness. Meditation assists us to release the paradigm of mind and to be present in the current of zero point, to give the space to actualize the new blueprint of Being Awakened in the oneness. It is a simply designed meditation yet one of great discipline in order to break through the resistance to be comfortable in the silence and in the mode of a non attached empty cup, a discipline that the human mind/ego abhors. Our intention is to allow the collective Soul to take over our Awakened state and the reality of material plane imaginings.
The purpose is to help everyone recede the personality and to know that that we, ourselves are nothing. It is the I AM Awakened Presence within that does all things. This meditation helps everyone on to the bridge of understanding that self realization is actually group realization.
Sit with spine erect in the most comfortable position possible so you can stay like this for one hour at a time is most important. Put on some soft mediation type music that you enjoy. Focus on the zero point between the brows. No thought, keep coming back to no thought space. Using a mantra like the OM is an easy way to to do this.
Or as you breath in mental chant OM, as you breath out mentally chant to yourself “I AM AWAKENED”. Continue to breath rhythmically until it is set into you, the sound of eternal OM.
Breathing, focusing on the point between the brows, and mentally chanting OM at the chakras on the way up the spine and the way down the spine is the meditation practice, and is enough
Routine
It is very important to establish a daily routine of Meditation. It is best to meditate at the same time and place everyday to form a habit of a healthy meditation routine.
Below is a routine to follow:
· Sit to meditate- have a special chair or cushion and bolsters that is just for this purpose - some people like to have a meditation shawl or veil to wrap up in as well to contain sacred space and energy.
· Check to see if your posture is correct and that you are comfortable enough to sit for an hour
· Concentrate on the point between the brows and breathe
· Offer a prayer for guidance and connection
· Feel a deep sense of I AM ONENESS at the point between the brows, let that Oneness spread into your brain and throughout your body
· Hold this state of Oneness of the I AM Presence with you as you resume your daily activities or if you do your meditation again at night, as you drift off to sleep

Lets first have a look at the divine life force coming from the Oneness. It can be compared to the white light of the sun being transformed into different colors of a rainbow. So is the Kundalini Shakti transformed into a different form of Prana at each Chakra. Prana is the Sanskrit name for the life force, a metaphysical energy beyond the physical body of being. Prana in its different forms is the life creating and sustaining form of energy within any kind of life, be it plants, animals, minerals, humans or purely spiritual beings. Without Prana no life could ever exist. Chakras are acting as some kind of transformers adapting the pure divine life force to the particular needs of each dimension of the metaphysical body of mankind.
Kriya Pranayama Kriya Pranayama is one of the keys to our Group Ascension Life Force and inner Prana. Breathing into the Chakras and chanting OM has been used by Yogi Masters to merge with the Divine over the past millenia - We are now being guided and shown that It is time to upgrade and use this technique of Kriya Yoga as a part of the key to the activation of our new DNA and the birth of Group Soul in Awakened Consciousness.
Here you will find a detailed description of the technique of Kriya practice below. It is for our true and final spiritual benefit to use this practice, with a more Divine Feminine approach. In other words to use pranayama with less rigidity of days of old, bringing more heart, flow and joy into breath and Om.
Below is the standard Kriya breathing practice:
Kriya Pranayama starts in Muladhara Chakra and ends in Ajna Chakra and down to Muladhara Chakra. ONE OM at each chakra on the way up - ONE OM each Chakra on the way down. ONE full cycles consists of a total of 12 OM - two OM into each chakra. Twelve cycles - by definition - are called ONE Kriya. The beginner Kriyaban - sometimes also called Kriya Yogi and for females Kriya Yogini - starts with ONE Kriya - hence 12 cycles of Kriya Pranayama.
There is a time requirement for ONE Kriya Pranayama - cycle. ONE Kriya Pranayama-cycle you should take a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 60 seconds.
The exact location of all Chakra along your spine is shown in this picture above. ( show pic)
The location shown there is accurate enough to truly find each Chakra on your body.
Kriya Pranayama is done along the spine on your back only. Only on the dorsal side of your body. From Muladhara to Ajna Chakra and down again to Muladhara Chakra.
To make this Kriya Pranayama powerful you truly need to open to I AM within and allow this inner Truth to assist you while doing it. It is our true and sincere devotion to the Transmutation of Group Soul that opens our Sahasrara (crown) Chakra. This is how WE merge is ONE into the I AM Avatar.
Within US now is our true and only Guru. It is all within all as a direct connect to Soul/Source/Oneness/ I AM.
